Shared Beginnings £50 Giveaway Terms & Conditions | October 2026

1. Promoter

This giveaway is organised by Shared Beginnings, North Devon.

2. Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

• No purchase is necessary to enter.

• Existing Shared Beginnings customers, including those booked onto November courses, are welcome to enter.

• Anyone directly involved in organising or administering the giveaway is excluded.

3. How to Enter

To enter, simply comment on the official Shared Beginnings giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram, telling us:

• Which Shared Beginnings class or session you’d love to spend your £50 voucher towards, OR

• Which November class you’re already booked onto.

Following Shared Beginnings on Facebook or Instagram is encouraged so you can stay updated and see the winner announcement!

Liking the post, tagging friends and sharing the giveaway are also warmly encouraged but are not compulsory entry requirements.

Only one entry per person will be counted across Facebook and Instagram. Multiple comments will not increase your chances of winning.

4. Closing Date

Entries close at 7pm (UK time) on Saturday 31 October 2026.

Entries received after this time will not be included in the draw.

5. The Prize

One lucky winner will receive a £50 Shared Beginnings voucher to spend on eligible classes or sessions.

• The voucher can be used towards group classes or individual sessions, subject to availability.

• If a booking costs more than £50, the winner can pay the difference.

• The voucher is valid for six months, until 2 May 2027.

• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, except for the existing-customer refund option detailed below.

6. Already Booked a November Course?

Existing customers are absolutely welcome to enter!

If the winner has already paid for a November 2026 course, they can choose to:

• Receive a refund of £50 against their existing November course booking, limited to the amount originally paid, OR

• Use their £50 voucher towards another eligible Shared Beginnings class or session within the validity period.

The maximum total prize value is £50. The winner cannot receive both a refund and an additional £50 voucher.

All eligible entries have an equal chance of winning, regardless of whether the entrant is an existing customer.

7. Winner Selection

One winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across Facebook and Instagram.

The draw will take place on Sunday 1 November 2026.

A verifiably random selection method will be used, with a record retained to demonstrate that the draw was fair.

8. Winner Announcement and Notification

The winner will be announced on the Shared Beginnings social media pages on Sunday 1 November 2026.

The winner will also be contacted privately through the official Shared Beginnings Facebook or Instagram account.

The winner will have seven days from notification to respond and claim their prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this period, another eligible winner may be selected at random.

The £50 credit will be recorded by Shared Beginnings and can be redeemed directly when arranging booking.

Shared Beginnings will never ask winners to pay a fee to claim their prize.

9. Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information collected in connection with the giveaway will only be used to administer the draw, contact the winner and manage redemption of their £50 Shared Beginnings credit or applicable refund.

Information will be handled in accordance with applicable UK data protection requirements and the Shared Beginnings Privacy Policy.

The winner’s surname and county may be made available on request where required by promotional rules, subject to applicable privacy protections. Winners may object to this disclosure, although relevant information may still be provided to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.

10. Facebook and Instagram Disclaimer

This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

Participants acknowledge that Facebook and Instagram are not responsible for the administration of this giveaway and release these platforms from responsibility relating to the promotion.

11. General Conditions

Shared Beginnings reserves the right to disqualify fraudulent entries or those that breach these terms and conditions.

Any necessary changes to the giveaway will be communicated clearly and made in accordance with applicable promotional rules.

By entering, participants agree to these terms and conditions.
